Hi, I'm Jen Esparza (aka SPARZ). For 17 years, I had the privilege of building and leading a highly respected student leadership program. Along the way, I discovered that the strongest leadership programs don't happen by chance—they are built through meaningful relationships, intentional systems, and advisors who are committed to helping students grow.

That's why I created SPARZ Leadership. My mission is to help schools strengthen their student leadership programs through retreats, consulting, and practical resources that create lasting impact.
